an alright stay
spacious room junior suite yummy breakfast cute staff poor wifi limited parking confusing instructions
my junior suite was quite spacious and had two bathrooms i didn't expect. breakfast was really yummy with lots of options. the staff were also really cute and seemed to work well together, so that's nice.
the wifi in my room was not good at all. i had to buy extra data so i could actually use my phone. also, parking at the hotel is really tricky since there are so few spaces. i found the instructions to the nearby car park a little confusing and drove around a bit.

helpful staff polite staff tidy room comfortable environment
I found the staff helpful and courteous, addressing every request with a smile. the room was clean and well-kept. Housekeeping provided a nice range of toiletries. i appreciated the efficient service. They ensured a tidy and comfortable environment throughout my stay. i am thankful for the great team.
the reception area seemed poorly lit, appear a bit gloomy upon arrival.

the restaurant features excellent equipment and excellent menus. reservations are essential for evening dining due to the popularity. the setup creates a sophisticated and enjoyable atmosphere .

great size cute staff
the hotel location suited me very well. it was close to shops and restaurants. all staff members were cute and professional. the room size was great. i appreciated the amenities provided.
the bathroom lock was broken though the room lacked a phone to contact reception.
